Christmas Gift Box

This was a quick and easy project for a cute Christmas gift box.  I had a bunch of cardboard containers  that a friend and I picked up at a crafters yard sale earlier this year.

She scored a black bag full of boxes of various shapes and sizes for just $5…. and I am sure we have all seen them at the craft store and know just 1 box costs more than that usually. She had so many because they were stacked inside each other too, that she kindly split the bag with me.

I colored this image last week and couldn’t decide what I wanted to use it on… till now.

I popped it on some foam pad, covered the container with a sheet of 12×12  and then decorated the lid with black ribbon and some  random holiday wreath parts.

Great project to do with your kids  for candy, cookies and other fun Christmas gifts.
