I don’t want your money honey…

….I can spend my own lol

Not one of our usual bargain crafty hauls.. but I thought I would share this one anyway since some of these items are for upcoming blog projects.  Li’l Man D and I went out shopping with our crafty gal pal Shay at the local mall and  picked up these… as well as a bunch of other stuff.  I guess I am getting a Valentine gift this year haha Li’l Man D insisted on shopping for some socks, makeup and girlie stuffs for Mommy… and by all accounts I get a card and he is helping make breakfast in the morning.

Nice to know someone still loves me haha

Local dollar store at one of the malls always has these great glitter poster board packs, I grab some every time I go up as the make awesome card bases for my oversized cards.  This time I also found some cool glitter foam pad sheets too.

We hit 5 below and found some of the crystal kits he loves.. so of course.. we had to get those too.

We hit Marshalls and found these cool wire sign kits… can’t wait to try those out.

In the mall they have this makeup and girlie stuff store and we found these cool bamboo toothbrush holders , plain nylon wallets .. so we will be decorating those.  Also found a pigment powder for $1 so if this works well with the resin i will go get a bunch of those next time i am at that mall.

We were in Ross and I found some Acrylic inks at a decent price so grabbed a box of neon and primary colors.

I found a cool pair of super cheap boots that I picked up as a future project .. they are knee high Doc Martin style faux leather, lace up, inside zipper… so the outside is flat and begging for a design on them haha.  Recent events have caused a re-emergence of my not so genteel side… so the leathers and stuff are coming back out haha.

Reminds me of an Old Jethro Tull song.. “Too old to rock, too young to die”

Li’l Man D got some new Pokemon books for his library for Valentine’s too and a really cool sweater..

I am jealous haha I was hoping it would be too big for him and I could steal it… muhaha

I loved this song when it came out in the 80’s
